If convicted, the client’s driving privileges in New York would have been revoked for 6 months and he would be subjected to potential jail time, probation and fines up to $1,000. As a result, the charges were reduced and the individual was able to plead guilty to a non-DUI traffic infraction and sentenced to a fine.
