After a three day jury trial, John Ingrassia recently obtained a not guilty verdict by a Town of Wallkill jury on a case where his client was accused of menacing another individual with a loaded handgun during an alleged incident last year. The jury returned the not guilty verdict after only 20 minutes of deliberations. Mr. Ingrassia’s cross examination of two eyewitnesses exposed numerous flaws and inconsistencies in their respective testimony which allowed him to successfully argue to the jury that their testimony was not credible thereby resulting in the not guilty verdict.
