DWI Charges Reduced to Reckless Driving

John Ingrassia was able get prosecutors to allow his client to plead guilty to a Reckless Driving charge with a fine as opposed to a DWI in a case pending in a Hudson Valley Justice Court.

His client had a prior history and an alcohol related driving conviction would have resulted in a revocation of his driver’s license without an ability to get a conditional license.
