DWI Charges Reversed

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.John Ingrassia recently obtained a reversal for a DWI (Driving while intoxicated ) conviction in the Appellate Term 9th and 10th Judicial Districts.

Mr. Ingrassia persuaded the appellate court that the evidence at trial was only sufficient to support a conviction for DWAI (Driving While Ability Impaired by alcohol) and not DWI. As a result his client’s criminal conviction was reversed.
