It has been a long time since Angelo Ingrassia stood before the bench and argued a case. Earlier this month, he appeared before Orange County Supreme Court Justice Joseph Owen’s court and settled a serious personal injury case for $650,000.
Mr. Ingrassia, himself a retired state Supreme Court Justice, serves of counsel to Larkin Ingrassia, PLLC, and in that capacity, he settled the case of Yvonne Melville, a 42-year-old Campbell Hall resident who slipped on ice at the Dairy Mart store on Washington Terrace in the City of Newburgh back on January 21, 1977.
“Angelo Ingrassia’s many years as an attorney and judge proved invaluable as he negotiated a settlement in this case,” said Elliot Tetenbaum, a partner in the firm.
