John Ingrassia, who is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, was recently appointed by the College to serve as a member of the College’s Trial Advocacy Task Force.
The Trial Advocacy Task Force serves to assist any member of the National College on issues related to trial advocacy in the defense of DUI cases.
This includes helping members with trial advocacy skills in any aspect of defending a DUI case which includes: jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross examination of witnesses including police witnesses and expert witnesses summations and persuasive oral arguments to be utilized in the defense of an individual accused of DUI.
Mr. Ingrassia is an experienced criminal defense lawyer and has defended over 1000 individuals accused of DUI and he has litigated hundreds of DUI cases including at trial, suppression hearings, court related license suspension hearings and Department of Motor Vehicle license suspension hearings for alleged chemical test refusals.
